E-Styling Limited Guarantee
It is unusual that any of our customers are
unhappy with the products we supply. However, if
you are unsatisfied in any way with the product
you have purchased, you can return it to
E-Styling Limited and we will refund your money
in full. Products must be returned to E-Styling
Limited within 14 days of you receiving the
goods.
Some products we provide include a manufacturers
guarantee. Please refer to the individual
product for details regarding this.
Delivery
Unless E-Styling Limited has notified you that
your order will be delayed, you should receive
your order within seven (7) working days of
placing your order. Although you can place an
order with the Web site from anywhere in the
world we currently ONLY deliver to addresses
within the UK.
E-Styling makes every effort to ensure that the
goods you ordered get to you undamaged and in a
timely fashion. Please ensure you read the
following in the event of a problem to ensure
speedy resolution of any problems.
Shipping
Please allow up to 7 working days for goods to
arrive. Please note some products such as full
styling kits are made to order and can take up
to fourteen (14) working days to arrive.
If the delivery date is to be any longer than 7
days you will be contacted by an E-Styling sales
representative.
In the event that the goods do not arrive,
please contact the phone number listed within
the product information on the website.
All orders will be shipped by recognised
carriers or the Royal Mail.
Returns Policy
Please note that you do have the right to return
a product or to cancel an order within 14 days
of the original order date. With wheels, front
& rear lights and indicators we can only
accept returns if a problem is reported within
48 hours of delivery.
If we have wrongly supplied parts we will
reimburse the full purchase price. However, if
the parts have been correctly supplied based
upon the information provided at the time of
ordering then we will reimburse the product
costs less a 15% re-stocking charge. All
outbound carriage charges can not be refunded. All
delivery arrangements and costs are the
responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to return any item then please
follow these basic steps:
1. Contact us to request a Returns Number.
2. Send the goods to the following address:

that we can only refund if goods are returned in
the original packaging in 'as new' condition.
3. Attach a copy of the delivery note or invoice
as proof of purchase and mark the package
clearly with your Returns Number.
Returns Number - This number helps us to deal
quickly and efficiently with your refund. If you
fail to obtain a returns number we will be
unable to process your refund / exchange.

both parties, (you and E-Styling Limited),

Fitting Network. The garages listed are on a
recommendation only basis and as such E-Styling
shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage or
any other dispute out of the control of
E-Styling when using this service.
9. Products under the 'Special Offers' section
are not eligible for refund or exchange and are
strictly on a 'first come - first served' basis.
9. Certain (hypertext) links in this site may
lead to other web sites, which are not under the
control of E-Styling Limited. When you activate
any of these you will leave the Web site and we
shall have no control over and will accept no
responsibility or liability for the material on
any web site, which is not under the control of
E-Styling Limited.
10. The exclusions of liability set out in these
terms and conditions shall not apply to any
damages arising from death or personal injury
caused by the negligence of E-Styling Limited or
any of its employees or agents.

Refunds
Policy
Purchases made from the website are not sold on
a “Trial basis”. Customers are strongly
advised to check the suitability and
specification of products prior to purchasing.
In the event that E-Styling Ltd., at its
discretion, may agree to accept the goods back
the following conditions will apply:
The goods are to be returned unopened and in
perfect resalable condition.
The goods are to be returned within 7 days of
purchase.
If the above points are met then a handling fee
maybe deducted from the refunded amount.
Alternatively the customer may choose to
exchange the returned goods for credit against
alternative products to the equivalent value or
greater without a handling fee.
The customer will be responsible for all
delivery costs, including the organisation and
cost of returning the goods making sure they are
adequately packaged and insured.
The goods are to be returned unopened and in
perfect resalable condition, if not E-Styling
Ltd. reserves the right to send the goods back
to the customer and charge for the additional
delivery price.
If the above points are met upon inspection of
the returned goods, a refund will be made to the
customer.
Where goods are found to have a genuine fault,
the customer will be offered an exchange for the
product or a credit note to the full value of
the transaction. Cash refunds are solely at the
discretion of E-Styling Ltd.
